Black Friday. I've been up since 4:30 this morning and I am absolutely exhausted. Too exhausted to write anything worth while for this entry...
Thankfully, the customers weren't too bitchy, they seem to have this whole Day after Thanksgiving thing down to a science where they run in, grab exactly what they need, get in line to cash out, and run off to the next big sale.
There were, unfortunately, still too many bitchy customers, or at least more than I care to deal with. They bitched about the ad and everything else under the sun. The people that killed me were those who showed up at like 3:30 pm and wanted to know where all the crap for the morning ad was. They demanded to know why we were out of stock on it....
Think about it, moron. We've been open since 6 am and have dealt with hundreds of customers at that point. Do you honestly think we were going to have anything decent left from the sales ad? A good 75% of that stuff was sold out in the first hour. Get a life....
Here's something fun for you guys to read...its an online community a bunch of people in customer service related jobs post and bitch about the shitty customers they've had to deal with that day. Some of these are pretty hilarious...
